Working in clay, creating functional pottery as artwork is my passion. My inspiration comes from our costal scenery where I have lived my life as a child in Pass Christian and as an adult in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. I have a B.F.A. in art education and a MEd in special education from the University of Southern Mississippi, and have taught school for twenty-eight years. Clay is the perfect medium for me to express art work that can be utilized and enjoyed on a daily basis.
